Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday,
excluding holidays). During peak seasons and sales events, processing may
take up to 5 business days.

United States (48 contiguous states)
• Small Flat Rate: 3-5 business days - $7.95
• Medium Flat Rate: 3-5 business days - $10.95
• Large Flat Rate: 13-5 business days - $13.95

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and
carrier delays may affect delivery time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not
responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the
customer.

Damaged Packages

Contact us via email hello@thegulfshoresstore.com within 7
days of delivery with photos of the damaged items for a replacement.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking
information. You can track your package using the provided tracking
number.
